職棒球員一旦碰到低潮期,總是想要特打多練一點,找回擊球感覺,中信兄弟周思齊卻提
出反向思考,是不是應該在狀況好時才要練多一點,讓身體及大腦的記憶久一點。
遇到低潮要如何走出來?這是很多球員覺得困難的地方,有人特打,多打一點想要找回球
感,年輕球員都會去請教輩前輩或學長。
中信兄弟老將周思齊提出一個想法,他表示,棒球是高失敗率的運動,打擊率3成,代表
有7次是失敗的,也就是說,打的很好的機率太少,打不好的時間很多。
周思齊表示,表現好的時間短、表現不好時間長,是不是可以換過來訓練,表現好的時候
多練一點,現在大家通常是表現好的時練少、表現不好練的多。
他解釋,身體跟大腦會記憶,狀況差的時候練很多,會不會讓細脃、大腦記憶最很差的動
作,有可能喔!狀況不好不一定練多就會好,狀況好時練多一點,可以讓記憶記久一點。
